The mansion features a unique combination of classic architecture and intriguing history. Ridgeland Mansion, set in historic Fairmount Park and built in 1762 in the classic Philadelphia Federal style on a five-acre estate.

Ridgeland Mansion is now home to The Suzanne Morgan Center, a non-profit organization that provides support services to people with cancer and their families. The venue rental fee goes directly to benefit the Cancer Support Community of Philadelphia – a non-profit organization that provides, at no cost, a professional program of emotional support and education to people whose lives have been impacted by cancer.

Open Aire Affairs is the Tent & Rental company at Ridgeland Mansion. We have partnered with the CSC Committee as well as Joshua’s Catering to bring this venue to life. We have installed a seasonal 40×90 venue tent with a kitchen prep area, restrooms & a covered patio. We built this venue from the ground up; black topping the space, inputting gardens around the entrance with a mini pavilion covering the front doors.  Our tent has a wood floor to bring the space to life with our tent packages including fans or heaters dependent on the season.
